These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the kbd8 platform, including the website available at kbd8.app, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any services, features, or content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). kbd8 is an online gaming and sports betting service. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

kbd8 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. kbd8 uses mobile number verification as the primary method of identity confirmation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. kbd8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for additional account security. You agree to immediately notify kbd8 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach. kbd8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with kbd8. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. kbd8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which kbd8 accepts no responsibility.

kbd8 offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers, from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used in combination with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

kbd8 may introduce seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, or the BPL cricket season. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are not governed by the general bonus conditions above unless explicitly stated.

All bets placed on kbd8 are final once confirmed. kbd8 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases where a manifest error has occurred on the part of kbd8 (for example, a clearly incorrect odds display). A manifest error must be reported to kbd8 support within 24 hours of the relevant event settling.

All casino games offered on kbd8 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Game outcomes are independently tested and are not influenced by any external factor, including the size of a player's bet or account balance. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available upon request from our support team.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, kbd8 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets affected by the technical error may be voided and stakes returned. kbd8's decision on technical disputes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kbd8. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent exclusion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner designed to defraud kbd8 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected glitch are void.
• Using the kbd8 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. kbd8 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or registering an account on behalf of someone else without their explicit written consent.

kbd8 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated detection systems. If you become aware of any player engaging in prohibited conduct, you are encouraged to report it to our support team at [email protected]. All reports are treated confidentially.

All content on kbd8.app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of kbd8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of kbd8 content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

kbd8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, payment gateway outages, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. kbd8 will not be liable for losses attributable to such service interruptions. Where feasible, kbd8 will provide advance notice of scheduled downtime via the platform.

kbd8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time and without prior notice. Changes to these Terms become effective upon publication to kbd8.app. Continued use of the Service after such publication constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. Where changes are material, kbd8 will endeavour to notify active users through available communication channels.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of kbd8 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
